Crimson Desert accessories guide: all types and stats

You can equip up to six accessories at once: two rings, two earrings, one necklace, and one cloak. Each type occupies a dedicated slot, so you never have to choose between them. Fill all four categories and stack every stat bonus at the same time.

Rings are worn on the finger slots and lean toward offensive bonuses. The Hernandian Signet offers +2 ATK, the highest among rings. The Tarnished Ring is a +1 ATK starter piece you will likely replace early. Since rings provide no DEF, they work best when your armor is already covering survivability and you want to push damage output higher.

Earrings fill two ear slots and offer more varied bonuses. The Engraved Gold Earring adds +1 DEF and +1 Move SPD, making it useful during boss fights or open-world exploration where mobility matters. The Oath of Darkness skips the speed bonus in favor of a flat +2 DEF.

Necklaces occupy a single slot and lean offensive. The Tarnished Necklace gives +1 ATK and is likely an early placeholder until better options become available.

Cloaks are the most stat-rich of the four types. Every cloak provides DEF alongside a single elemental resistance at Lv. 3, covering one of three damage types: Light RES, Ice RES, or Fire RES. Swapping your cloak to match the element of the enemies you are fighting is a quick, cost-free way to reduce damage intake without changing your weapon or armor setup. The Demenissian Uniform Leather Cloak, Disguise Cloak, Hernand Ceremonial Guard Cloak, and Hernandian Noble’s Cloak each sit at the top DEF tier at 3 DEF, though resistance type should be your primary selection criteria.

Pro tip: All cloaks grant Lv. 3 elemental resistance regardless of their DEF stat, so prioritize matching the resistance type to the encounter rather than defaulting to the highest-DEF cloak.
