Myrkur Games and Deep Silver announced their debut action-adventure game Echoes of the End will launch August 12 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. To celebrate the reveal, the studio released a 17-minute gameplay trailer showcasing the game’s magic-based combat and story.
The footage follows protagonist Ryn, a vestige with rare magical abilities, as she and her brother Cor face an ambush from the neighboring kingdom of Reigendal. After battling another powerful vestige named Zara, Ryn becomes separated from her brother and must team up with scholar Abram Finlay to uncover the invasion’s true purpose.
The cinematic action-adventure unfolds across ten hand-crafted chapters centered on themes of trust, sacrifice and redemption. Players will experience character-driven narrative moments alongside magical combat, traversal, and environmental encounters that expand as abilities upgrade throughout the story.
Echoes of the End launches August 12 for $39.99 USD, €39.99 EUR, and £34.99 GBP. The game is available for wishlist on Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms.
