The MARVEL Super War June 24th 2020 Update sees NetEase Games has made some adjustments for Ancient One, Angel, Blade, Spider-Man, Mister Fantastic, Hela, Thanos, Sandman and Iron Man.
Free Hero Rotation Update
This week’s free hero rotation has been updated!
On June 25, 2020 (Thursday) at 5:00 AM. The new roster of heroes that are free to use in 5v5 battles will be: Ancient One, Angel, Captain America, Iceman, Invisible Woman, Lady Sif, Rocket Raccoon, Storm, The Thing, and Thor. Go forth into battle, Watcher.
New Watchers (characters below Lv. 10) are available to use heroes of beginner and easy difficulty from the weekly free roster as well as the access to the exclusive new player roster.
Hero Adjustments
Ancient One
Due to Ancient One’s comprehensive capabilities, opponents have a hard time confronting her. We have revamped Ancient One’s Natural Passive and some abilities. While ensuring her core gameplay and her DPS position are retained, we enhanced her Peak State DPS capability and reduced her durability in hopes of improving opponents’ experience.
Passive Ability
Passive: Once Ancient One uses both Tao Mandala and Illusion Shift, a mandala takes form around her and explodes after 1 second, dealing (20+10*level+65%*energy attack) energy damage to nearby enemies.
Ancient One gains 1 stack of energy when her ability hits an enemy hero and enters Peak State once she has 5 stacks. During Peak State, Ancient One enhances Tao Mandala and Illusion Shift. Each successful hit against an enemy hero with an ability adds 0.5 second(s) to Peak State duration.
When Ancient One enters Peak State, the cooldowns for Tao Mandala and Illusion Shift are instantly refreshed.
Ability 1
Ancient One throws a Tao Mandala in the specified direction, dealing (120/190/260/330/400+70%*energy attack) energy damage to enemies in the path of its arc.
Peak State: Ancient One’s Tao Mandala splits into two, each dealing (120/190/260/330/400+70%*energy attack) energy damage. Ancient One also gains a shield that absorbs (100/140/180/220/260+65%*energy attack) damage. If the Tao Mandalas hit the same enemy multiple times, subsequent damage will be reduced by 50%.
Ability 2
Ancient One blinks to the specified position and enhances her next basic attack performed within 6 seconds, recovering (100/160/220/280/340+65%*energy attack) HP when the attack hits an enemy hero. She recovers (20/35/50/65/80+20%*energy attack) HP instead if the attack hits a non-hero target.
Peak State: Further reduces the cooldown of the ability.
Ability 3
Added Effect: Ancient One gains 1 energy stack for every enemy hero she passes through.
Angel
Angel’s jungling ability exceeded expectations following the previous enhancement. The enhancement done on Sacred Feathers has significantly increased Angel’s mid-game laning ability, so we readjusted Angel’s laning speed in hopes of giving his opponents more wiggle room when confronting him.
Ability 1
Mark damage bonus has been reduced from (90%/100%/110%/120%/130%*physical attack) to (80%/90%/100%/110%/120%*physical attack).
Ability 2
Damage rate against minions has been reduced from 200% to 150%.
Damage bonus has been reduced from (55%*extra physical attack) to (50%*extra physical attack). Cooldown reduction from basic attacks after enhancement reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.25 seconds.
Ability 4 (Ultimate)
Shield bonus has been reduced from (120%/180%/240%*extra physical attack) to (120%/150%/180%*extra physical attack).
Blade
When compared to other fighter heroes, Blade is relatively weak. Therefore, we enhanced the gains from his basic attacks as well as the stats of his Natural Passive and Ultimate to improve his performance.
Passive Ability
Base damage added by the special basic attack has been increased from (20+10*level) to (30+12*level).
Ability 4 (Ultimate)
Attack HP Steal effect has been increased from 40% at all levels to 40%/45%/50%.
Attack Speed has been increased from 50% at all levels to 50%/60%/70%.
Speed Boost has been increased from 30% at all levels to 30%/40%/50%.
Spider-Man
We have increased Spider-Man’s stat growth and enhanced basic attack damage while in Hang state in hopes of improving his late-game performance.
Basic Stats
HP growth coefficient has been increased from 212 to 220. Base armor has been increased from 85 to 90. Armor growth coefficient has been increased from 10 to 10.5.
Ability 2
Enhanced basic attack damage while in Hang state has been increased by (10%/15%/20%/25%/30%/35%/40%*physical attack).
Mister Fantastic
We have increased the hit rate of Mister Fantastic’s Ultimate while also enhancing its hit effect.
Ability 4 (Ultimate)
Cooldown has been decreased from 50 seconds at all levels to 50/47/44/41 seconds.
Added Effect: Target hit is stunned for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6 seconds.
Width of the ability has been increased from 275 to 325.
Hit damage increased from (50/110/170/230+25%*physical attack) to (100-400+100%*physical attack+6%/7%/8%/9% of own extra max HP).
Damage over time has been adjusted from (40/50/60/70+10%*extra physical damage) to (30/40/50/60+15%*extra physical damage).
Hela
Hela’s capabilities in battle are overly comprehensive, so we have decided to slightly weaken her agility and damage reduction effect while still keeping her damage capability.
Ability 1
Movement speed bonus has been reduced from 60%/65%/70%/75%/80% to 40%/45%/50%/55%/60%.
Ability 4 (Ultimate)
The Ultimate’s damage reduction effect has been decreased from 25%/30%/35% to 25% at all levels. Cooldown has been reduced from 65 seconds to 65/60/55 seconds.
Thanos
The Reality Stone grants Thanos too much damage-bearing capability, giving opponents limited options when confronting him. We have slightly reduced his clones’ ability to share damage while also slightly increased the Space Stone’s enhanced basic attack damage to balance the benefits granted by different stones.
Ability 2
Enhanced basic attack’s additional damage has been decreased from (120%*physical damage) to (100%*physical damage).
Clones’ inherited max HP has been reduced from 50%/55%/60%/65%/70% to 30%/35%/40%/45%/50%.
Percentage of damage shared by clones has been reduced from 70% to 60%.
Clones’ time on the field has been reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
The basic attack bonus granted by Space Stone has been increased from (75%*extra physical damage) to (85%*extra physical damage).
Sandman
Sandman’s damage capability is weaker than other tank heroes, so we have boosted the damage of his minor abilities while also increased the control capability of his Ultimate to improve his performance.
Ability 1
Stage 1 damage bonus has been increased from (80%*physical attack+3%*target’s max HP) to (100%*physical attack+4%*target’s max HP).
Stage 2 damage bonus has been increased from (110%*physical attack+3%*target’s max HP) to (120%*physical attack+5%*target’s max HP).
Cooldown has been adjusted from 8 seconds to 8/7.75/7.5/7.25/7 seconds.
Ability 3
Damage collision bonus has been increased from (25%*extra physical attack) to (100%*physical attack). Damage from wall collision has been increased from (25%*extra physical attack+12%*target’s max HP) to (50%*physical attack+12/13/14/15/16%*target’s max HP).
Ability 4 (Ultimate)
Launch up duration has been increased from 0.75 seconds at all levels to 0.75/1/1.25 seconds.
Launch up duration while giant has been increased from 1 second at all levels to 1/1.3/1.6 seconds.
Iron Man
We have widened Iron Man’s Electromagnetic Shock hitbox in hopes of increasing the hit rate. We have also slightly decreased the damage of his Ultimate.
Ability 2
Width of the ability has been increased from 150 to 220.
Ability 4 (Ultimate)
Damage has been reduced from (140/260/380+44%*energy attack) to (140/250/360+40%*energy attack).
New Season Prep Event
Event Duration: After maintenance on June 24, 2020 to July 3, 2020.
Complete quests during the event to gain points and redeem them for rewards. When the entire server earns enough points, all Watchers will receive Battle Pass Credentials!

Adjustments and Optimizations
Optimized the controls when editing gear in Archive – Gear Archive.
Leech Limit Adjustment
We hope to further reduce early-game last hit gains for jungling heroes to ensure other players’ laning experiences are balanced.
Trigger Conditions Adjustment: The condition to trigger has been changed from triggering if the coins earned from minions exceed coins earned from monsters by 50% in the first 5 minutes to triggering if the coins earned from minions exceed coins earned from monsters by 40% in the first 6 minutes.
Monster Buff Adjustment
Savage Strength cannot be triggered by ability damage.
EP Regen from Nature’s Tongue has been increased from (1.2%*max EP) to (5+1.5%*max EP).
