Version 1.3 of the free-to-play urban supernatural action RPG carries the name “Rising from the Moonlight Fog,” publisher Perfect World Games and developer Hotta Studio said. It builds around a new episode, Fogden Game, a new district called Duskmoor and a new Location Anomaly, Fogden.
Zankou and Linko join the playable roster, each with their own character interactions. Zankou headlines the Alluring Shadows board from Aug. 19 to Sept. 9, next to Nanally on The Ichi-Daime. Linko follows on Surfing All Channels! from Sept. 9 to Sept. 30, sharing that window with Hotori’s Misty Tipsy Style. Every Limited Board draws on the same S-class pity counter, Points Gift progress and Board Modification progress. Skin Perks progress is counted per board, but it carries over between boards that share a name. Arc Research Program runs Tiger Special and Spellbound Special in the first stretch, then Bright Moon Special and Chorus Special from Sept. 9.

Zankou brings five outfits. Red Nightshade unlocks free with the character, Autumn Vignette comes from Skin Perks rolls and Moonlit Courtyard needs Bond Lvl 10, while Twilight Noir and Searing Lavender sit in the Mall. Linko has three: Faded Spring in the Mall, Surfing Among Stars through Skin Perks rolls and Couch Potato at Bond Lvl 10. A summer swimsuit line adds Esper Zero: Cloudless Summer, Mint: Saltwater Taffy and Nanally: Sunny Surf from Mystery Boxes, plus Chaos: Chartered Waves in the Mall.
Stillmeadow House is the new property, bought with Fons, and crops grown there can be sold for Fons by spending City Stamina. Three vehicles arrive: Tide from Mystery Boxes, Sirocco and Yesteryear with Fons. The update also adds race courses, team challenges and seven activities and mini-games: Volley Star, Surf Breaker, Shipwreck Salvage, Breezy Tour, Runaway Echoes, Brick by Brick and Gauntlet of Valor.

Volley Star, Surf Breaker and Hunter’s Crucible open Aug. 19 and run through Sept. 30. Hunter’s Crucible adds challenge stages for Mammon and Morphix plus a Steel Tempered title whose visual effects upgrade as event points pile up. Shipwreck Salvage starts Aug. 28, Runaway Echoes Sept. 9 and Breezy Tour Sept. 17, all closing Sept. 30. Beyond the Rails: Incandescent Circle runs Aug. 27 to Sept. 10.
Four bonus weeks follow. Stamina Recharge, from Aug. 24 to 31, pays double rewards for double City Stamina spent in select Hethereau Hobbies activities. Gold Clash, Aug. 31 to Sept. 14, doubles Fons in Pink Paws Heist. Pixel Surge, Sept. 14 to 21, doubles rewards for Character Pixels spent in Houdinii’s Magic Stage, Houdinii’s Schemes, Bubble Can Factory and Rabbit Hole. Fons Rush, Sept. 21 to 28, doubles Fons earned from City Stamina in Hethereau Hobbies.

Going, Going, Gone! and Shadow-n-Seek join the permanent lineup, and each round of Shadow-n-Seek will cost City Stamina after the update. Mews Flash gains scratchers whose Fons winnings no longer count toward Tycoon Level or the Pawbes Rich List. The 1,000,000 Fons pool that Pink Paws Heist paid out each cycle becomes the Tycoon Incentive Fund, and Weekly Match earnings in Volley Star and passive income from Collectibles Warehouse display cases in Going, Going, Gone! now draw from the same allowance.
The quality-of-life list runs long. A Random Outfits feature swaps characters into a random wardrobe pick on login or scene change, and the game matches the look to the player’s location and activity. Nanally’s The Popular Kid outfit gets an optional glasses accessory, Bagel SNS gets a Furniture and Decor category, gifting A Handwritten Letter now triggers a confirmation dialog, open-world multiplayer gets Shadow Sweep tracking, and a single button hides the main screen interface. Pink Paws Heist gets a minimap, City Tycoon Lvl 16 raises City Stamina consumption speed from 100% to 200%, and character rendering has been upgraded.
Version 1.4 opens Pukaland, with more activities and another batch of Anomaly Commissions across the city. Neverness to Everness is available now on PlayStation 5, PC through client download, Steam and the Epic Games Store, iOS and Android.
