The new free shikigami will be Hana, Chin, Ebisu, Jorogumo, Kyuumei Neko, Kiyohime, Komatsu, Lord Arakawa and Higanbana.<\/p>\n<p>Of these shikigami, Komatsu, Lord Arakawa and Higanbana have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can&#8217;t use them in battle.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"new-shikigami-oitsuki\"><\/span>NEW SHIKIGAMI OITSUKI<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m Oitsuki. Show your respect!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Her followers believe that praying to Oitsuki in the shrine can make their wishes come true.<\/p>\n<p>Oitsuki is a Mage shikigami of high flexibility. She can generate Rabbit Souls by hitting enemies with Crescent Moon when in battle and then form light chains by picking up Rabbit Souls to inflict Silence and Slow effects on enemies and deal magic damage. Using the dash ability: Moonchaser, and her Ultimate Ability: Clear Moon grants her high flexibility and allows Oitsuki to quickly enter a team fight to disturb the enemy lineup and provide crowd control.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-responsive-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CrlN1LZwQz4\" width=\"560\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"natural-passive-bright-moon\"><\/span>Natural Passive: Bright Moon<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>When Oitsuki&#8217;s abilities and basic attacks hit a target, her [Moon Might] will be increased. When Moon Might reaches 100, her next ability will use up all her [Moon Might] to restore her HP.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-1-inviting-moon\"><\/span>Ability 1: Inviting Moon<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Oitsuki summons 3 Moon Shadows around herself that auto-chase the surrounding enemies to deal magic damage to hit targets and surrounding enemies. If multiple Moon Shadows hit the same target, latter damage will be decreased.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-2-crescent-moon\"><\/span>Ability 2: Crescent Moon<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Oitsuki releases Crescent Moon to the specified location, Crescent Moon will sweep along the specified path to deal magic damage to enemies hit. If it hits an enemy shikigami, a Rabbit Soul will appear between the target and Oitsuki. After picking up Rabbit Souls, a light chain will be formed to inflict a Slow effect while Oitsuki gains a shield for herself.<\/p>\n<p>The light chain will break once the distance exceeds the limit. If a target fails to get rid of the light chain, that target will receive magic damage, be Silenced and receive a Slow effect. The effect has a cooldown on each shikigami.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-3-moonchaser\"><\/span>Ability 3: Moonchaser<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Oitsuki quickly moves towards the specified direction, her next basic attack will deal extra magic damage and inflict a Slow effect to the target.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ultimate-ability-clear-moon\"><\/span>Ultimate Ability: Clear Moon<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Oitsuki jumps into the sky and gains a Haste effect, during which she can&#8217;t be selected. After a short delay, she will fall back to the ground and deal magic damage to surrounding enemies where she lands.<\/p>\n<p>Oitsuki will first be available during this week&#8217;s Shikigami Brawl.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"new-event-teacher-virtue\"><\/span>NEW EVENT: TEACHER VIRTUE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Event Period<\/strong>: September 6th after maintenance to September 12th, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Enenra&#8217;s School Season skin, Teacher Virtue has been added.
