class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hthgaming.com\/oa\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Onmyoji Arena<\/a> will change the lineup of limited-time free shikigami on December 23th, 2019. The new free shikigami are Chin, Kusa, Ryomen, Ibaraki Doji, Hangan, Karasu Tengu, Inugami, Kyonshi Imoto and Maestro.<\/p>\n<p>Of these shikigami, Inugami, Kyonshi Imoto and Maestro have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can&#8217;t use them in battle.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"space\" id=\"Ittan-momen\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"new-shikigami-preview-ittan-momen\"><\/span>NEW SHIKIGAMI PREVIEW: ITTAN-MOMEN<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ittan-momen can get additional bonus from attacking the enemy&#8217;s back. Use Ability 1 (Tangle Strike) and Ability 3 (Nocturnal) to adjust her position for more chances to attack the enemy&#8217;s back. Using Ability 3 (Nocturnal) also allows Ittan-momen to continuously teleport for a short period of time by using walls, shikigami, and monsters as targets.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-responsive-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/72QlUge3wcc\" width=\"560\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"trait-entanglement\"><\/span>Trait: Entanglement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Passive effect<\/strong>: When attacking the enemy from behind, Ittan-momen&#8217;s attacks ignore Magic Resist and add 1 Wrap mark. Once the marks reach 3 stacks, they will immediately explode, dealing magic damage to the target.<\/p>\n<p>If an enemy shikigami&#8217;s Wrap marks explode, Ittan-momen will receive 1 Cotton Rope. If this damage results in a seal, then a short period of time later, enemies surrounding the target will be inflicted with Fear.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-1-tangle-strike\"><\/span>Ability 1: Tangle Strike<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Active effect<\/strong>: Ittan-momen&#8217;s next basic attack is a charge toward the target, dealing magic damage to enemies along the way and recovering HP. If an enemy shikigami is hit, HP recovered increases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Passive trigger<\/strong>: Each of Ittan-momen&#8217;s basic attacks deals additional magic damage.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-2-woven-snow\"><\/span>Ability 2: Woven Snow<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ittan-momen releases 2 entwined cotton strips in the designated direction, dealing magic damage to enemies in their path and inflicting a Slow effect. If the same target is hit by both cotton strips, the latter&#8217;s damage will be decreased.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-3-nocturnal\"><\/span>Ability 3: Nocturnal<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ittan-momen releases a cotton rope in the designated direction. If it hits an enemy shikigami, Ittan-momen will slide toward them and pull the target over with their back facing her, while also dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies. The pull effect has a cooldown per shikigami.<\/p>\n<p>If it hits terrain, Ittan-momen will slide to the area. Afterwards, she will continue to slide a short distance in the direction of the joystick, dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies.<br \/>\nIttan-momen can store up to 3 Cotton Ropes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ultimate-ability-scattering-in-the-night\"><\/span>Ultimate Ability: Scattering in the Night<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ittan-momen lights three groups of flames beside her, granting her a Movement Speed bonus while they are near and making her immune to control abilities. If she attacks or after a certain duration, Ittan-momen will retrieve the flames, dealing magic damage to enemies in their path and adding 1 Wrap mark.<\/p>\n<p>Latter damage dealt by multiple flames to the same target will be decreased.<\/p>\n<p>Ittan-momen will first be available during this week&#8217;s Shikigami Brawl.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"shikigami-adjustments\"><\/span>SHIKIGAMI ADJUSTMENTS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"shishio\"><\/span>Shishio<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Currently, Shishio is mostly played with a DPS build, relying on his own burst power to seal enemy shikigami, and his half tank build is relatively weaker. We will increase damage output, to improve the power of his half tank build.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 2: Fury of the Forest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted damage from 8\/16\/24\/32\/40 (+8% extra Attack) (+1.25% of target&#8217;s Max HP) to 5\/15\/25\/35\/45 (+8% extra Attack) (+1.4% of target&#8217;s Max HP).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"jorogumo\"><\/span>Jorogumo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Jorogumo is good at pushing to engage the enemy, but compared to other shikigami with the same positioning, Jorogumo is very reliant on DPS items for her damage output. We have increased the damage of her trait ability and attack speed of her Ability 2. We hope that this will give more flexibility for Jorogumo&#8217;s tank build, to increase her survivability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trait: Spider Queen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted base damage from 10\/20\/30\/40 to 10\/24\/42\/60.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 2: Web Coil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted Attack Speed from 15\/22.5\/30\/37.5\/45% to 15\/25\/35\/45\/55%.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"aobozu\"><\/span>Aobozu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Aobozu\u2018s damage, control and capability to enter battles are powerful in his Buddha&#8217;s Heart Form, stronger than other shikigami of the same positioning. We have decreased the damage of his Ability 2, and increased the cooldown of his Ability 3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 2: Divine Greatness (Buddha&#8217;s Heart Form)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted base damage from 50\/90\/130\/170\/210 to 50\/85\/120\/155\/190.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted extra HP Bonus from 5% to 4%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 2: Divine Greatness (Demonbane Form)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted base damage from 70\/107.5\/145\/182.5\/220 to 65\/100\/135\/170\/205.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted extra HP Bonus from 5% to 4%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 3: Fortification (Buddha&#8217;s Heart Form)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted cooldown from 12\/11\/10\/9\/8 seconds to 12\/11.5\/11\/10.5\/10 seconds.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"youko\"><\/span>Youko<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Youko has stronger lane pushing capabilities and higher flexibility compared to other Marksman shikigami. Currently, he is chosen in almost 50% of matches and is very strong. As we hope that there will be more variety in the laning experiences in the bottom lane instead of the same selection for the majority of matches, we have weakened the attack damage of Youko&#8217;s trait ability and base damage of Ability 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trait: Ki Focus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted increase of Attack Damage for each stack from 2% to 1.5%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 1: Harmful Wind<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted base damage from 10\/30\/50\/70\/90 to 5\/22.5\/40\/57.5\/75.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"menreiki\"><\/span>Menreiki<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Menreiki is weaker than other Mage shikigami in laning during the early game, causing her to often be at a disadvantage when providing support by ganking. We have suitably increased the damage of her Ability 1 to minions, and we hope this will reduce her disadvantage when ganking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 1: Spirit of Kawakatsu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted damage to minions from 118% to 130%.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted base damage from 45\/70\/95\/120\/145 to 50\/75\/100\/125\/150.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"higanbana\"><\/span>Higanbana<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The bullets of Higanbana&#8217;s Ability 1 are different from other bullets. They currently cannot be dodged by using Flash, and there are instances when players try to dodge her Ability 1 with Flash but fail.
