shikigami at 5:00 AM on April 5th, 2021. The new free shikigami will be Chin, Ryomen, Kusa, Tamamonomae, Karasu Tengu, Yoto Hime, Hone Onna, and Kisei.<\/p>\n<p>Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Onikiri and Hana.<\/p>\n<p>Of these shikigami, Yoto Hime, Hone Onna, and Kisei have a difficulty of Hard. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can&#8217;t use them in battle for free.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"new-shikigami-nekomata\"><\/span>New Shikigami Nekomata<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;My tavern is my treasure&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nekomata commands 3 kitties. In battle, she can select either Chacha, Yuki Hime, or Kuronosuke to assist her, gaining different ability and attack effects to deal with different battle environments. Teammates can spend 1 Coin to purchase 1 type of wine. They will gain the following effects for a certain period of time after use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sake<\/strong>: Gain a certain amount of Cooldown Reduction (can exceed Cooldown Limit).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plum Wine<\/strong>: Gain extra Max HP bonus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Distilled Wine<\/strong>: The next basic attack or ability at regular intervals deals additional magic damage.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-1-kitty-assist\"><\/span>Ability 1: Kitty Assist<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nekomata selects one of the following kitties to assist in battle and add additional effects to basic attacks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chacha<\/strong>: After every 3 basic attacks, the next 2 basic attacks will shoot out 3 additional Coins, which deal physical damage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yuki Hime<\/strong>: Deals splash damage to enemies nearby the target. At the same time, range will be slightly decreased, and extra Attack Speed will be converted to Attack Damage proportionally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuronosuke<\/strong>: Gain extra Basic Attack HP Steal. At the same time, range will be slightly increased, and extra Attack Speed will be converted to range proportionally.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-2-scuffling-kitties\"><\/span>Ability 2: Scuffling Kitties<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nekomata throws a dried fish at the designated area, turning it into a free-for-all area for a certain period of time. The area&#8217;s effect can change any time according to the assisting kitty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chacha<\/strong>: Inflicts a Slow effect to enemies in the area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yuki Hime<\/strong>: Nekomata enters the Invisibility state when within the area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuronosuke<\/strong>: Continuously attacks enemies within the area, dealing physical damage each time.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ability-3-come-in-kitties\"><\/span>Ability 3: Come in Kitties<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cast the following abilities according to the current assisting kitty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chacha<\/strong>: Nekomata leaves behind Chacha at her original location and she gains a Haste effect. When she taps to use this ability again during this period, she will return to Chacha&#8217;s location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yuki Hime<\/strong>: Charges in the designated direction. At the same time, Yuki Hime will attack an enemy within range, dealing physical damage, and granting Nekomata a shield that can block damage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuronosuke<\/strong>: Commands Kuronosuke to charge in the designated direction, dealing physical damage to the first enemy hit. If Kuronosuke passes through the free-for-all area, it can bring the area along with it. Upon contact with an enemy, Kuronosuke will stop and deal physical damage to enemies within the area.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ultimate-ability-nekogassen\"><\/span>Ultimate Ability: Nekogassen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nekomata rides atop the enlarged kitty Kitsuno, charging over a long distance in the designated direction while ignoring obstacles, during which she gains a shield that can block damage. Kitsuno deals physical damage to enemies along the way and knocks them back slightly.<\/p>\n<p>If Nekomata uses the ability again during this period, she can jump off early, while Kitsuno continues charging ahead for some distance.<\/p>\n<p>This week sees Nekomata make her debut on the Heian-kyo battlefield.
