class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hthgaming.com\/oa\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Onmyoji Arena<\/a> will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on September 6th, 2021. The new free shikigami will be Tesso, Yamausagi, Kyonshi Imoto, Inugami, Kiyohime, Ootengu, Kuro Mujou, and Shiro.<\/p>\n<p>Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Enmusubi and Menreiki.<\/p>\n<p>Of these shikigami, Kuro Mujou and Shiro have a difficulty of Hard. But in actual performance, reducing Shiro&#8217;s base damage had a rather large impact on his laning power. So, we have decided to readjust the base damage of his Ability 1: Soul-sapping Banner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 1: Soul-sapping Banner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted damage from 70\/120\/170\/220\/270 (+30% Ability Power) to 70\/130\/190\/250\/310 (+30% Ability Power).<\/p>\n<p>Newly added: Deals 120% damage to minions.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"izaya\"><\/span>Izaya<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>To reduce the difficulty for Izaya&#8217;s abilities to land a hit and make her damage more stable, we have adjusted her Ability 1: Shrill Shuttle and Ultimate Ability: Ceaseless Cycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 1: Shrill Shuttle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reduced shuttle generation time.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted Ability Power bonus from 35% to 40%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ultimate Ability: Ceaseless Cycle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Increased the speed of pulling enemies to the center.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"shuten-doji\"><\/span>Shuten Doji<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Given Shuten Doji&#8217;s mediocre laning power and teamfight performance in the top lane, we have decided to strengthen his abilities in the Rage state to help him make better use of the enhancement mechanic. Also, she is strong at protecting herself and taking damage. To balance her comprehensive strength, we have lowered her Armor and Magic Resist growth and shield level bonus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trait: Fate Realized<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted Armor and Magic Resist growth from 2 to 1.6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 1: Flower Moon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted shield level bonus from 5 to 3.5.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"kikyo\"><\/span>Kikyo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>We have adjusted Kikyo&#8217;s Armor Penetration effect to increase her damage in the late game. Meanwhile, we have also increased the range and control effect of her ultimate ability to strengthen the skill&#8217;s protecting power.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 1: Soul Collector<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted enhanced Armor Penetration from 15% to 20%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ultimate Ability: Sacred Realm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted range from 350 yards to 425 yards.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted Stun duration from 0.8\/1\/1.2 seconds to 1.6 seconds.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"hannya\"><\/span>Hannya<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>As the previous adjustments to Hannya did not meet our expectations, we have made further adjustments to his Ability 1 mark&#8217;s damage and his base stats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Base Stats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted Base Armor from 57 to 62.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted base HP Regen from 12 to 16.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability 1: Heart of Jealousy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjusted Attack bonus from 16\/21\/26\/31\/36% to 20\/25\/30\/35\/40%.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"space\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"puppeteer\"><\/span>Puppeteer<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>We have slightly reduced Puppeteer&#8217;s damage in Ranged form to control her damage in the early and mid game.
