Riot drops 6 April Fools skins in LoL patch 26.7

The six skins are Fried Chicken King Swain, Surprise Party Vex, Choncc Kench, Bubble Bash Blitzcrank, Pug Trainer Sejuani, and Prestige Money Miser Mordekaiser. Five are in the standard shop. The sixth, Prestige Mordekaiser, is in the Mythic Shop at 150 Mythic Essence and cannot be purchased with RP.

Fried Chicken King Swain is the only Legendary at 1,820 RP. His ultimate is where the skin pays off: the demonic bird wings turn into fried chicken pieces mid-fight, with custom audio to go with it. The other four are Epic tier, 1,350 RP each.

Surprise Party Vex puts the gloomy Yordle in a sad clown costume. Given that Vex’s entire personality is hating fun, that’s the joke. Her Shadow gets reworked too: it becomes a confetti-and-balloon creature that puffs up, then gets popped with a thumbtack when it returns to her. Nine chromas at launch.

Choncc Kench puts Tahm Kench in a Choncc onesie. Choncc is the round Little Legend from Teamfight Tactics, and the golden spatula zipper is a reference to URF, Riot’s Ultra Rapid Fire game mode. Bubble Bash Blitzcrank goes with a soapy purple, blue, and pink look. Pug Trainer Sejuani trades her boar for a pug named Snorty.

Prestige Money Miser Mordekaiser is a full CEO skin. Riot said he’s “ready to obliterate your stock portfolio.” Kill effects inside his Death Realm ultimate show golden hands, glasses, and black pants over whoever he finishes off.

Non-ranked Summoner’s Rift also got changes for the Chaos on the Rift event: shiny minions, GP5 items, and the Lucky Urf Statue. The five Epic skins and Swain’s Legendary are permanent shop additions. Prestige Mordekaiser may leave the Mythic Shop in a later patch, as Prestige skins typically do.
