The open-world action game, currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC, expands to Nintendo’s next-generation console on Sept. 4. Meanwhile, the downloadable content (DLC) titled “A Pirate’s Fortune” arrives May 15 for existing platforms.
According to Ubisoft’s announcement, the upcoming DLC features protagonists Kay and her companion Nix exploring the Khepi system in what the publisher describes as “a mysterious adventure” focused on leadership.
Players will team up with Hondo Ohnaka, a pirate character known from Star Wars animated series, to battle against Stinger Tash and her Rokana Raiders. The mission centers on infiltrating the Khepi Tomb to uncover “secrets and hidden treasures”.
The DLC also introduces the Miyuki Trade League, offering new rewards for players who smuggle “dangerous goods across the galaxy”.
All players will receive free cosmetic items inspired by “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” alongside the update, including an outfit for Nix, a trophy for the speeder vehicle, and trinkets for both the speeder and the Trailblazer ship. These items will appear in players’ in-game delivery crates after installing the update.
Star Wars Outlaws, which takes place between the events of “The Empire Strikes Back” and “Return of the Jedi”, is currently available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Ubisoft Store. A playable demo is also available.
