The update carries the title “Lamplight in Mirage, Sword’s Resolve in Heart” and moves the main story further across Solaris-3. Kuro Games said it also brings new weapons, combat encounters, limited-time events and gameplay changes to every platform the free-to-play action RPG runs on.
Qingxiao and Jingran both arrive through the Featured Resonator Convenes. Two weapons come with them, Glint of Clouds and Thousandfold Deliverance, along with two outfit accessories: Qingxiao’s Accessory: Cloudbloom and Jingran’s Accessory: Snowpaw.
Combat gets three additions for Rovers: the Echo Calamity Effigy, the Phantom Echo Phantom – Myriad Snare: Rustfire Chassis, and the Tactical Hologram – Myriad Snare: Rustfire Chassis.
The event lineup covers six entries:
- Resonance Sim Realm, a combat event
- If Dreams Still Reverberate, a featured co-op combat event
- Second Coming of Solaris: Coded Deception, a leisure event
- The Strings Remember
- Wuthering Exploration: Fogveil Pagoda, a featured exploration event
- Gifts of Drifting Mist, a seven-day login event
Echo management gets tighter equipment recommendations, equipment previews and build suggestions drawn from a selected plan. Main Quest progression unlocks themed backgrounds for the Expedition Motorbike, and wider sharing options let players pass around 5-Star Convene pulls, Gallery content and challenge completions.
On PC the game moves up to NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Frame Generation for higher frame rates with fewer visual artifacts and less ghosting. Kuro Games also switched the programming language it develops in, a change the studio said should lift performance on every supported platform.
The mailbox now holds 200 messages with higher attachment limits, and a new Mail Collection feature keeps important mail out of bulk deletions.
