What is Talisman?

Talisman in Elden Ring are accessories which can be equipped to acquire a variety of offensive, defense, or utility effects. Talisman may be obtained as an item drop from enemies or bosses, looted from chests, or purchased from merchants.

You can increase the number of Talisman Equip Slots by obtaining Talisman Pouches. These are often dropped by bosses.

Talisman cannot be upgraded, however, some more powerful versions are obtainable. These stronger Talismans are often recognizable by their bolster text (i.e., Talisman Name +1), though with exceptions such as the Great-Jar’s Arsenal being a direct upgrade to the Arsenal Charm.

Crimson Amber Medallion

Item Effect: Raises maximum HP.

Weight: 0.3

How to obtain:

Regular Variant (+6%)

Can be bought from the Nomadic Merchant at the eastern side of Weeping Peninsula, for er runes 13 1500 Runes.

+1 Variant (+7%)

Can be found in Volcano Manor. Go to the Prison Town Church site of grace, go out and through the little town as if you were progressing through the manor as normal, and use a Stonesword Key to go through the fog gate. A big moving saw enemy is there but you can easily run up the stairs to the level above, where the talisman is on a dead body.

+2 Variant (+7.5%)

Can be found in Leyndell, Capital of Ash. Just south of the site of grace drop down the open sewer grate to the beam below.

Cerulean Amber Medallion

Item Effect: Raises maximum FP.

Weight: 0.3

How to obtain:

Regular Variant

Lakeside Crystal Cave after defeating the Bloodhound Knight.

+1 Variant

Castle Sol: Found on a corpse hanging by a wooden ledge above the southern walls of the castle. This area is accessed by climbing a ladder behind the church in the southeast and following the walls west. Beware the very powerful dual sword knight guarding the area. He can teleport behind you and perform very long combos.

+2 Variant

Lunar Estate Ruins: Found in a treasure chest in an underground room northwest of the ruins. Look for an Imp Statue pressed up against the wall. This requires 1 Stonesword Key. The stairs are also concealed by an illusory floor. Simply hit the floor next to the Imp Statue to reveal the stairs.

Viridian Amber Medallion

Item Effect: Raises maximum stamina.

Weight: 0.3

How to obtain:

Regular Variant

The Viridian amber medallion is located in Tombsward Cave, a small dungeon in the Weeping Peninsula, located south-east of the Fourth Church of Marika. The medallion is obtained after defeating the boss.

Dropped by Miranda the Blighted Bloom found inside Tombsward Cave.

Viridian Amber Medallion +1

Can be found in Altus Plauteau, south of the Outer Wall Battleground (around -93, 104) Site of Grace. You should hear Margit whisper, “I see you, Tarnished…” to you before appearing on the road. Defeat him again and it will drop.

Viridian Amber Medallion +2

Can be found in Haligtree. The closest site of grace is the Haligtree Town Plaza. Run to the roof with the Summoning Snail, jump to the building on the right (it’s lower), immediately turn around and jump inside the building. There will be a chest with the medallion and some mushroom people.

Arsenal Charm

Item Effect: Raises maximum equipment weight.

Weight: 1.5

How to obtain:

Arsenal Charm (+15%)

Given by Nepheli Loux who’s at the Roundtable Hold.

Her initial location is inside a room near the Secluded Cell site of grace in Stormveil Castle. It’s near the golden fog door that leads to Godrick the Grafted. When you find her, you must exhaust her dialogues so that she tells you that you can call her via a summoning sign to help you battle Godrick.

Nepheli moves to the Roundtable Hold after defeating Godrick, and you can find her at the northeast side, inside the library. Simply speak to her and she’ll give you the talisman.

Arsenal Charm +1 (+17%)

Within Altus Tunnel located in the Altus Plateau, upon reaching a massive chamber you will want to drop down onto a platform below and then climb up the tree root to a higher platform where the charm will be waiting on a body.

Great-Jar’s Arsenal

Item Effect: Vastly raises maximum equip load

Weight: 1.5.

How to obtain:

Reward for completing the 3 duelist NPC invasions in Dragonbarrow (Caelid North) for The Great-Jar. You will only be able to access this area by coming up from Siofra Deep River Well in the underground.

This area can also be accessed by climbing the roots above the large crystal at the bottom of the valley. However, this is most likely unintentional.

Talk to The Great-Jar and he will only respond with “…”

Now three Red Summon Signs appear to summon three Knights of the Great-Jar.

In two of the four corners of the “arena” formed by the fog walls, there are narrow rock outcroppings. Crouching or blocking in these spots will often cause the NPCs to fall off of the cliff as they attack. This is especially useful when sequence-breaking into this area with a low-level character.

Erdtree’s Favor

Item Effect: Raises maximum HP, Stamina and Equip Load

Weight: 1.5.

How to obtain:

In Fringefolk Hero’s Grave: To get there, use 2 Stonesword Keys on the double Imp Keystone next to the Stranded Graveyard Site of Grace. This will lead to a mini dungeon with traps. Head down until you see the path narrow on both sides and drop drown at the edge to get access to the secret area. Proceed past the imps and a fire trap to find the item resting at an altar. Two Grafted Scions wait hanging above, so be sure to avoid them when they land and grab it really quickly.

The +1 version can be found in the boss room AFTER the boss fight with Mohg, the Omen near the forsaken depths site of grace in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds.

An upgraded +2 version can be found in Leyndell, Ashen Capital and may only be accessed near endgame/post-game. Found on top of a branch jutting out of the ground in a large courtyard, guarded by three large rotten beasts. Fast travel to Forbidden Lands, take the elevator up. Fight past a Knight and few soldiers, and continue down the stairs, then take the large wooden elevator down. You will arrive at a landing overlooking the courtyard where the rotten beasts and this talisman is located. You can avoid the beasts by hugging the left wall.

Radagon’s Scarseal

Item Effect: Raises attributes, but also increases damage taken.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Drops from the boss of Weeping Evergaol (Ancient Hero of Zamor) in the Weeping Peninsula.

Radagon’s Soreseal

Item Effect: Greatly raises attributes, but also increases damage taken.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Found on a corpse by dropping down the opening from the roof and exploring around the wooden walkways.

From the Fort Faroth site of grace, run into the fort and pass the bats and harpies. Climb up the ladder and make a right down the scaffolding. Run past the first hole on the floor; jump down the second one. Run northeast, being careful of the rat behind the boxes to the left. Make a running jump where the wall ends to another platform, where two rats will be waiting.. Run past them both and drop down the ladder to find the seal.

Starscourge Heirloom

Item Effect: Raises Strength.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Can be found in Fort Gael. Nearest Site of Grace: Fort Gael North.

Looted from a chest in Fort Gael. It’s outside the watchtower on the upper-section of the fort, under a canopy tent.

Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom

Item Effect: Raises Dexterity.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Finish the sidequest given by Gowry in Caelid, then return to Millicent to receive the talisman.

Stargazer Heirloom

Item Effect: Raises Intelligence.

Weight: 0.6.

How to obtain:

Found on a body lying at the top of the Divine Tower of Liurnia.

Two Fingers Heirloom

Item Effect: Raises faith.

Weight: 0.6.

How to obtain:

Can be found on the lower level of the Purified Ruins. It is on the chest in front of you as you descend.

Silver Scarab

Item Effect: Raises item discovery.

Weight: 1.2.

How to obtain:

Found in a chest in Hidden Path to the Haligtree. In the large central room, there is a broken section of railing. There you can drop down to an invisible platform, and walk to a small room. The chest is past an illusory wall, behind the Grave Glovewort (9).

Gold Scarab

Item Effect: Increases runes obtained from defeated enemies.

Weight: 1.2.

How to obtain:

Dropped by Cleanrot Knight (Sickle) & Cleanrot Knight (Spear) boss found in Abandoned Cave. It can be accesed by going east from Smoldering Wall site of grace and walking across canyon by using tree branches.

Moon of Nokstella

Item Effect: Increases memory slots.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Found in a chest underneath a massive throne in Nokstella, Eternal City.

Green Turtle Talisman

Item Effect: Raises stamina recovery speed.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Summonwater Village. In an underground area on the eastern outskirts of the village. Entering the area requires a Stonesword Key.

Stalwart Horn Charm

Item Effect: Greatly raises robustness.

Weight: 0.6.

How to obtain:

Can be found in Eastern Liurnia. Fast travel to Mausoleum Compound, head up the light incline to the left towards the cliff to the West. When you are at the cliff, look South for a hole in the wall. The talisman can be found on a corpse on a cliff through the hole.

+1 Variant: Can be found on the west of Consecrated Snowfield, on the way to Yelough Anix Tunnel entrance.

Immunizing Horn Charm

Item Effect: Raises Immunity.

Weight: 0.6.

How to obtain:

Found on one of the corpses in an ant nest in Ainsel River.

+1 variant is found in the Lake of Rot by killing the Ancestral follower SE of the Lake of Rot Shore Grace.

Clarifying Horn Charm

Item Effect: Raises Focus.

Weight: 0.6.

How to obtain:

Found on a corpse lying on the stairs leading to the lift going up to the Deep Siofra Well.

Upgraded version (+1) found on a corpse in the middle and at the lowest floor of a ruin in Nokron, Eternal City.

Prince of Death’s Pustule

Item Effect: Raises Vitality.

Weight: 0.6.

How to obtain:

Can be located at Stormveil Castle.

Nearest Site of Grace can be located at Liftside Chamber.

Looted off a corpse that can be found at the pit of the castle’s crypt. The body can be found next to a giant face that is structured from roots. It is guarded by a Ulcerated Tree Spirit, players will need to defeat the guardian to reach the spot.

Mottled Necklace

Item Effect: Raises Robustness, Immunity, and Focus.

Weight: 0.9.

How to obtain:

Found at the very edge of the ruined bridge leading to Nokron, Eternal City. This area is accessible via Waygate at The Four Belfries.

+1 Version can be found on a corpse on top of some ruined arches overlooking Hallowhorn Grounds in Nokron, Eternal City.

Bull-Goat’s Talisman

Item Effect: Raises Poise.

Weight: 0.5.

How to obtain:

In the back of Dragonbarrow Cave. From the entrance, take a left into the Giant Bear’s patrol route. Search that side of the cave and it will be at the end of it on a corpse.

Marika’s Scarseal

Item Effect: Raises attributes, but also increases damage taken.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Found on a corpse at the base of the waterfall found at the highest level of Siofra River.

Marika’s Soreseal

Item Effect: Greatly raises attributes, but also increases damage taken.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: Found on an altar in a sealed room in the southeast lower levels. This room requires 2 Stonesword Keys to unlock.

From the Elphael Inner Wall Site of Grace, leave the area through the eastern door and head down the ladder to the south-east. After going through the arch, turn right and follow the path, circling the city until you get to the imp statue. Be careful of enemies along the way and inside the room as you pick up the talisman.

Warrior Jar Shard

Item Effect: Boosts the attack power of skills.

Weight: 0.9.

How to obtain:

Drops from Iron Fist Alexander when you kill him.

Drops from Iron Fist Alexander after completing his questline.

Shard of Alexander

Item Effect: Greatly boosts the attack power of skills.

Weight: 0.9.

How to obtain:

Drops from Iron Fist Alexander after completing his questline.

Millicent’s Prosthesis

Item Effect: Boosts dexterity, raises attack power with successive attacks.

Weight: 1.6.

How to obtain:

When you are given the choice at the end of Millicent’s questline between aiding or challenging her, choose to challenge her. When you kill her, you will automatically receive this talisman.

Alternatively, to obtain both this and the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia (given when you assist her), kill Millicent after assisting her. Doing so will prevent you from obtaining Miquella’s Needle.

Magic Scorpion Charm

Item Effect: Raises magic attack, but lowers damage negation.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Obtained from talking to Preceptor Seluvis after obtaining the Fingerslayer Blade but before giving it to Ranni the Witch.

Obtained by giving Preceptor Seluvis the Amber Starlight after Seluvis tells you about his scheme.

Lightning Scorpion Charm

Item Effect: Raises lightning attack, but lowers damage negation.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Can be found in the Wyndham Catacombs in a room sealed by an Imp Statue, requires a Stonesword Key.

Fire Scorpion Charm

Item Effect: Raises fire attack, but lowers damage negations.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Found up the ramparts on a wooden platform to the west in Fort Laiedd within Mt. Gelmir.

Sacred Scorpion Charm

Item Effect: Raises holy attack, but lowers damage negation.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Dropped by invader Anastasia, Tarnished-Eater when defeated.

Red-Feathered Branchsword

Item Effect: Raises attack power when HP is low.

Weight: 1.4.

How to obtain:

Liurnia of the Lakes: Drops from a Deathbird boss that spawns directly north-east of Scenic Isle site of grace near collapsed structure at night.

Ritual Sword Talisman

Item Effect: Raises attack power when HP is at maximum.

Weight: 0.9.

How to obtain:

Located in Lux Ruins, in a chest after defeating the boss, Demi-Human Queen Gilika.

Spear Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances counterattacks unique to thrusting weapons.

Weight: 0.5.

Found in a chest inside Lakeside Crystal Cave near a demi-human campfire.

Hammer Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances stamina-reducing attacks against blockers.

Weight: 0.9.

Dropped by defeating Recusant Henricus North-East of Stormhill Shack.

Winged Sword Insignia

Item Effect: Raises attack power with successive attacks.

Weight: 1.4.

How to obtain:

Stillwater Cave: Dropped by the Cleanrot Knight boss upon defeat.

Rotten Winged Sword Insignia

Item Effect: Greatly raises attack power with successive attacks.

Weight: 1.4.

Earned after choosing to assist Millicent and successfully defeat her sisters.

Dagger Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances critical hits.

Weight: 1.1.

How to obtain:

From “Volcano Manor” Grace

Using the key(Given from Lady south of this grace) on the first door to the right, Of the west hallway. Inside this room will be a corpse in the North East corner, Roll against that corner to reveal a hallway. Go in the hallway jump over the snail and into the next room, Hug the right wall and look for stairs going down. Down those steps will be another hall leading to a room with a Blood Hound Greatsword enemy. Continue hugging the right wall until exiting that room with the Blood Hound. Now hug the left wall making the first left turn ASAP. Jump over the altar and there should be a Grace “Prison Town Church”.

From “Prison Town Church” Grace

Go outside and head west(one tick to the south) on the rooftops. There will be a stonesword key gate stand by that area and head, south over the bridge. Hug the right side of that building until you see ladder, climb up. Head East on the roof and drop off the east side to a open doorway of the building. Go in and open the previous guarded door(North door inside this building). Head through the south door way and down all the steps. Go through the north doorway. Hug the right wall making a right ASAP into a room with a grace “Guest Hall”.

From “Guest Hall” Grace

Note: Boss Ahead! Godskin

Exit the East, drop down and head east, jump over lava make sure to keep the lava stream on your right. jump on the roof top of the sunken building. On the rooftop head to the East(one tick North) corner and jump onto the tower/wall cross the wall(heading South East) to the other tower, from here you can see cages and snakeman, jump over to his area and hug the east edge until you reach a cage that is level with the ground and get in. It will take you up and head to the North where a guy with a mace is waiting on some steps. Go up the steps and head North of the door pulling the lever to raise the bridge shortcut(From Grace, exit south door). After that ready up for boss fight in the Church and a Grace “Temple of Eiglay” after killing the boss. GOOD LUCK!

From “Temple of Eiglay” Grace

Note: Two Stonesword Keys Required.

From the grace, head south and pull the lever for the elevator. Go up the elevator, over the ledge should be a platform of lava, land on the dark stuff to the right of the glowing red stream. Hug the East cliff, over the bridge up Eastward to a corpse sitting on the edge. From the corpse head north and drop shortly down. Follow the path up reaching a lava pool area. Head west towards the tower/building jumping over laval. Be warry of Robot maiden thing. Hug the building and jump into the opening of that building. Open the door on the Eastside of the building. Head out be wary of magma sword snakeman, up the stairs into the building, activate the elevator to the south door way for shorcut from grace(From the grace head North then out the door to see elevator shaft). head through the north large doorway. Run pass the other magma sword snakeman and pass the magma whip snakeman. Open the door and hug the right side and snake your way up the right stairs. heading west. Through the door will be a stonesword key gate, open it. Enter and DO NOT jump down the cages… Instead walk to the red candle thing. From there head north off the ledge, make sure to walk. Head in the doorway and hug the right wall, run up the stairs. through the door way with a drop in front of it, continue hugging right wall, Corpse will have your tailisman, CONGRATS!

Arrow’s Reach Talisman

Item Effect: Increases bow effective range.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Inside the twin towers above Stormgate. You can enter the towers from the southern side of the cliffs overlooking Stormgate, near the Stormhill Evergaol.

Blue Dancer Charm

Item Effect: Raises attack power with lower equipment load.

Weight: 0.9.

How to obtain:

Dropped by the Guardian Golem boss in the Highroad Cave.

Twinblade Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances final hit of chain attacks.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Castle Morne: From the “Back of the Castle” Site of Grace, drop down to the western end of the castle and follow the path along the outer walls. There is a tower section of the walls in the westernmost corner. Climb up the ladder and go around the tower to find a chest where the talisman can be found.

Axe Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances charge attacks.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Found in a cellar underneath the Mistwood Ruins.

Lance Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances attacks on horseback.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Can be found from Northeast Stormhill.

Arrow’s Sting Talisman

Item Effect: Raises attack power of arrows and bolts.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Located in a chest on the top of the tower directly above Impassable Greatbridge (Grace), which is infront of the Redmane Castle in Caelid.

Lord of Blood’s Exultation

Item Effect: Blood loss in vicinity increases attack power.

Weight: 0.9.

How to obtain:

Drops from Esgar, Priest of Blood in Leyndell Catacombs.

Kindred of Rot’s Exultation

Item Effect: Poisoning or rot in vicinity increases attack power.

Weight: 0.9.

How to obtain:

Dropped by the Kindred of Rot in Seethewater Cave.

Claw Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances jump attacks.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Located at Stormveil Castle, looted off a corpse situated on a watchtower.

Fast travel to the Rampart Tower Site of Grace and exit the front door. Look ahead and jump down onto the rooftop where you’ll see a destroyed pillar. Jump on the pillar and get on top of the narrow platform of the wall on the right side and go around it as you hug the wall until you reach an open section that has a ladder leading to the top of what seems to be a watchtower. Be careful here since it is guarded by more Castle Guard enemies. There’s about one resting on the right side, while three more on the left, two holding a crossbow and normal bow, while the other with a sword and shield.

Take out the ones with the bow weapons first and then shift your attention towards the one with the shield. After killing the enemies, climb the ladder to find x1 Claw Talisman that can be looted off a corpse.

Roar Medallion

Item Effect: Enhances roars and breath attacks.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Dropped by the Stonedigger Troll, located in the Limgrave Tunnels. He is found at the end of the dungeon.

Curved Sword Talisman

Item Effect: Enhances guard counters.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Looted from a treasure chest inside the room where you fight the Banished Knight, located at the wine cellar of Stormveil Castle. You must use the secret back entrance that Gatekeeper Gostoc suggests to reach the said room.

Companion Jar

Item Effect: Raises potency of throwing pots

Weight: 0.6.

Item Effect: Raises potency of perfume items.

From “Debate Parlor” Grace

Head West till you hit a wall. Look North(bookcase with no books), Attack it, In room should have chest with comet magic and behind altar, Stonesword key. Also in the room will be a ladder, go up, head east and jump over the railing by the painting, drop through the broken floor boards, then drop into the square hole, CONGRATS!

From “Schoolhouse Classroom” Grace

Hug right wall and run!, once you pass the area where there is a wizzard on the opposite steps, hit the bookshelf with no books on your left. Then follow the above notes.

Graven-Mass Talisman

Item Effect: Greatly raises potency of sorceries.

Weight: 1.

How to obtain:

Found in a chest arop Albinauric Rise in the east of the Consecrated Snowfield.

Faithful’s Canvas Talisman

Item Effect: Raises potency of Incantations.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Sellia Crystal Tunnel. Located on a corpse guarded by two Prawn Miners.

Flock’s Canvas Talisman

Item Effect: Greatly raises the potency of Incantations.

Weight: 1.

How to obtain:

Drops from Gowry after completing the Millicent questline and killing him.

After completing Millicent’s questline by defeating her in battle; upon returning to Gowry he will be dead with Flock’s Canvas Talisman and Gowry’s Bell Bearing on his body.

Old Lord’s Talisman

Item Effect: Extends spell effect duration.

Weight: 0.5.

How to obtain:

Found in a chest in Crumbling Farum Azula.

When you get on the large crumbling bridge, instead of going up to the boss, go the opposite way down to a building. Navigate through it and take the ladder down to a bridge connecting to the tower housing the chest.

Radagon Icon

Item Effect: Shortens spell casting time.

Weight: 0.7.

How to obtain:

Raya Lucaria Academy (Nearest Site of Grace: Debate Parlor): Found inside a treasure chest on the second floor of the Debate Parlor Site of Grace. From the Debate Parlor Site of Grace, head forward leading to the courtyard. Make a hard right and jump over the fence. Climb up the ladder and head through the broken glass window. The treasure chest is on the east section.

Primal Glintstone Blade

Item Effect: Spells consume less FP, but maximum HP is reduced.

Weight: 0.6.

How to obtain:

Stargazer Ruins in Mountaintops of the Giants: Found in a chest in an underground area near the center of the ruins. The entrance is sealed by a barrier and there is a talking Jellyfish outside who is looking for her sister. Summon your Spirit Jellyfish that you acquired at the beginning of the game to unlock the seal.

Godfrey Icon

Item Effect: Enhances charged spells and skills.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Drops from Godefroy the Grafted found in Golden Lineage Evergaol.

Dragoncrest Shield Talisman

Item Effect: Boosts physical damage negation.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Dragoncrest Shield Talisman can be found on a platform below the cliffs surrounding the Bestial Sanctum.

Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +1 can be found in a locked imp’s room in Sainted Hero’s Grave (Altus Plateau). When you reach the area with the big axes stomping the ground, you need to get on the first one and jump on the ledge on the left wall.

Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2 can be found on a corpse on floating chunk of debris in the northern section of Crumbling Farum Azula, between Dragon Temple Lift and Dragon Temple Rooftop.

Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman

Item Effect: Enormously boosts physical damage negation.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: Found in a chest on an elevated platform inside the large building in the northeast, guarded by several Pests

This platform can be reached by heading through the eastern exit from the Drainage Channel Site of Grace and then navigating across the branches and concrete beams to reach the roof of the building. While there are many branches and beams to traverse, the path is fairly linear. Acquired by defeating Runebear at the end of the Earthbore Cave in the Weeping Peninsula.

Spelldrake Talisman +1: Sellia, Town of Sorcery: Found in a small room in the northwest section of town, right under the balcony containing the Staff of Loss. This room is initially sealed by a barrier that can be dispelled by lighting a brazier atop a tower in the southwest of town.

Spelldrake Talisman +2: Found in the secret catacombs underneath the Hidden Path to the Haligtree by turning right just before the Stray Mimic Tear’s boss door, following the corridor up and taking the lift. Boltdrake Talisman

How to obtain:

Located at Stormveil Castle.

When you reach the main castle grounds where you fight the Lion Guardian, head inside the room with the armoured statues, and through the arch doorway to reach the Limgrave Tower Bridge Site of Grace.

You’ll specifically find the item from a body that you can loot, just at the top of the first set of stairs. The body is resting against a pillar on the left side.

Boltdrake Talisman +1 variant: This more powerful variant of the Boltdrake Talisman can be found in a storage shed inside the Old Altus Tunnel dungeon.

Boltdrake Talisman +2 variant: The closest grace is Dragon Temple Rooftop (Farum Azula). Jump off Dragon Rooftop and progress down until you get to a large area where is or used to be a big Dragon. There turn East and go to the cliff edge. You can drop down there some ledges to get to a building. Fight your way through and go up the ladder. There’s a chest here with a Dragon Towershield on the left from the ladder. Take the lift up and go right to find a Crucible Knight fighting beastmen. Past him is a ladder. Climb it and you’ve found the Boltdrake +2.

Haligdrake Talisman

How to obtain:

Haligdrake Talisman:

Looted off a body in the Stranded Graveyard, behind from where the tutorial proper begins. The entrance of the cave can be located northwest from the beachside near the Seaside Ruins Site of Grace in south of Limgrave. From the site of grace, you will need to jump all the way to the bottom to reach the beachside while you are riding your mount. The double jump move from the mount will save you from dying caused by the impact of the fall.

Haligdrake Talisman +1:

Leyndell Catacombs: Found on a corpse next to a Lesser Spirit-caller Snail. From the Leyndell Catacombs site of grace, head up the elevator in the southeast to find a room with 3 spirit crossbowmen. Look under the arch next to the stairs for an illusory wall. Hit it to dispel the illusion, and then hit the wall on the left to dispel another illusion. The corpse and snail are found in here.

Haligdrake Talisman +2:

Looted off a body in Mohgwyn Palace, found in a small cluster of graves near a watchful Giant Crow perched up high.

Pearldrake Talisman

Item Effect: Boosts non-physical damage negation.

How to obtain:

The regular Variation can be found behind the first waygate of the Four Belfries.

+1 Variation: a +1 Variation can be found in Wyndham Ruins in the Mt. Gelmir region. The talisman is found inside a chest at the end of the area sealed by an Imp Statue, a Stonesword Key is required.

+2 Variation: a +2 Variation can be found in Miquella’s Haligtree above the Mountaintops of the Giants region. The talisman is found on a body above the Haligtree Town Site of Grace.

Crucible Scale Talisman

Item Effect: Reduces damage taken from critical hits.

How to obtain:

Inside Leyndell Catacomb, Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, under Leyndell.

From the Underground Roadside site of grace, turn left and climb down the ladder on the right into a room full of imps and pipes. On the pipe at the right end from where you enter, you can drop down into another pipe then down below onto the ground with 2 Giant Lobsters and the Mohg’s Shackle. One door leads into the Leyndell Catacomb site of grace.

From the Leyndell Catacomb site of grace, head into the catacomb until you find a room with the flame-blowing stone imp column. Make your way into the room with the column, and hit it to make it rise up or lower down, then ride it up into a room with a giant enemy. The talisman is on a corpse behind it.

Crucible Feather Talisman

Item Effect: Improves dodge rolling but increases damage taken.

Weight: 0.8.

How to obtain:

Auriza Hero’s Grave.

In the dungeon, make your way to the end of the ramp where two chariots spawn side by side. Once you reach the arch in front of where the third chariot spawns you will see a corpse leaning off of the ledge. Align yourself with the corpse and jump down onto one of the narrow beams. Continue jumping down until you are on one of the two parallel beams at the bottom. Follow them to the ladder and continue on this path through the next chariot ramp room. Enter the left passage at the end, and straight down this hall is a room with an Omen guarding the Crucible Feather Talisman.

Blue-Feathered Branchsword

Item Effect: Raises defense when HP is low.

Stormhill (Limgrave, Nighttime only): Drops from a Deathbird east of the Warmaster’s Shack near collapsed structure with Rune Fragments and Sanctuary stones on it.

You get this at the end of Rya’s questline if you do not give her the Tonic of Forgetfulness.
