July 29th 2022 Update Patch Notes
The Onmyoji Arena July 29th, 2022 Update sees Enma’s Qixi skin, Nostalgic Memories, will be available in the Skin Shop from July 29th.

Shikigami Brawl Battle
Event Period: July 29th after maintenance to August 25th, 2022.
During the event, take part in Shikigami Brawl to earn points. Points will be calculated on the Shikigami Brawl Battle Rankings. Rank among the top to obtain the limited-time avatar frame Miracle: Remote Victory, limited-time title: Extraordinary Genius, Auspicious Daruma, and other amazing rewards. Don’t miss out!
Nostalgic Memories
Event Period: July 29th after maintenance to August 4th, 2022.
Enma’s Qixi skin, Nostalgic Memories, will be available in the Skin Shop from July 29th after maintenance with a 12% discount during the first week. Don’t miss out!
Hundred Battle Challenge
Event Period: July 29th after maintenance to August 4th, 2022.
During the event, use Enma’s Qixi skin, Nostalgic Memories, to complete designated quests to claim rewards including Prayer Ema, Mid-level Favor Pack, Return Cursed Seal Lucky Gift Box, and Coin Bags.
Qixi – Hearts Aflutter Selection Pack
Event Period: July 29th after maintenance to August 11th, 2022.
During the event, the Qixi – Hearts Aflutter Selection Pack will be available in the General Store. If you own Enma’s Qixi skin, Nostalgic Memories, and Hangan’s Qixi skin, Capital Returnee, during this period, you will immediately receive Love Language Expression (an event-exclusive gift that cannot be purchased separately). Shikigami Adjustments
Kyonshi Ani
The Kyonshi Force accumulated by Kyonshi Ani will be cleared after his Ability 3: Coffin Circle disappears. This increases the casting pressure of his Ability 1: Kyonshi Amulets to a certain extent. To increase the controllability of Kyonshi Force, we have adjusted the loop mechanics of Kyonshi Ani’s Kyonshi Force.
Kyonshi Force Collection:
Kyonshi Ani will accumulate Kyonshi Force when there are enemy units within the Coffin Circle. If the chain of the Coffin Circle hits an enemy unit, it speeds up Kyonshi Force accumulation.
Kyonshi Force Accumulation:
The Kyonshi Force accumulated by Kyonshi Ani will be displayed in the characteristic bar. Up to 100 points can be accumulated.
Kyonshi Force Consumption:
Casting Ability 1: Kyonshi Amulets consumes 50 points of Kyonshi Force. The ability receives a 50% enhancement effect (50 ≤ Accumulated Kyonshi Force ≤ 100).
Casting Ability 1: Kyonshi Amulets consumes 100 points of Kyonshi Force. The ability receives a 150% enhancement effect (Accumulated Kyonshi Force = 100).
If Kyonshi Force is not accumulated for a certain duration, it will start disappearing at a rate of 20 points per second.
Ability 3: Coffin Circle
The Kyonshi Force accumulated by Coffin Circle is affected by the Cooldown Reduction stat.
Balance Adjustments
Yumekui
Currently, Yumekui’s HP bonus is quite high, resulting in higher mobility, damage, and survivability. Therefore, we will slightly reduce Yumekui’s HP bonus and strictly control the damage growth coefficient provided by his own HP bonus.
Ability 1: Speedy Spin
Reduced Haste limit from 100/110/120/130/140% to 90/102.5/115/127.5/140%.
Ability 2: Dreamy Foam
Reduced additional Max HP bonus from 5% to 2.5%.
Ultimate Ability: Dream Invader
Adjusted damage from 40/55/70 (+10% of Ability Power) (+3% of Max HP) to 60/80/100 (+15% of Ability Power).
Shuten Doji
Item adjustments resulted in a rather large increase in Shuten Doji’s strength. Therefore, we will slightly readjust his mobility and the damage of his ultimate ability.
Ability 3: Rampage
Reduced the forward displacement range from 150 yards to 100 yards.
Ultimate Ability: New Boss in Town
Reduced base damage from 80/135/190 to 60/120/180.
Currently, among the Mage shikigami, some of the continuous DPS type shikigami have obvious advantages over burst type shikigami. Therefore, we will suitably readjust the damage of some continuous DPS type shikigami, and the Haste effect of Shadow Fan. We will also increase the damage coefficient of Buddha Beads in hopes of balancing the battle performance of Mage shikigami.
Menreiki
Currently, the range of Menreiki’s Ability 1 is longer before enhancement than enhancement. Therefore, we will slightly reduce the unenhanced range of Menreiki’s Ability 1.
Ability 1: Spirit of Kawakatsu
Reduced base damage from 50/75/100/125/150 to 45/65/85/105/125.
Reduced the range of the magic power from 900 yards to 850 yards (the enhanced range is not changed).
Shiro Mujou
Ability 2: Immolation
Reduced base damage from 20/40/60/80/100 to 20/37.5/55/72.5/90.
Ultimate Ability: Hands of Hell
Adjusted damage from 80/115/150 (+25% of Ability Power) to 60/85/110 (+30% of Ability Power).
Higanbana
Ability 1: Deadly Blooms
Adjusted damage from 80/135/190/245/300 (+45% of Ability Power) to 70/115/160/205/250 (+50% of Ability Power).
Ability 3: Blood-soaked Flowers
Adjusted the ignition damage from 70/135/200/265/330 (+55% of Ability Power) to 70/125/180/235/290 (+60% of Ability Power).
Shadow Fan
Increased maximum stacks from 6 to 8.
Reduced the MSPD increase for each stack from 5% to 3%.
Buddha Beads
Adjusted the damage increase from 10% to 12.5%.
Senhime
Currently, Senhime’s overall performance is below expectations. Therefore, we will suitably increase her laning ability and control capabilities.
Natural Passive: Tidal Echo
Increased Blessings received when breaking a shikigami mark from 20 to 25.
Increased base damage of mark from 10 to 25.
Ability 1: Thousand Tides
Increased damage from 60/90/120/150/180 to 70/105/140/175/210.
Ability 2: Torrent of Illusory Seas
Increased the tide extension length from 0 to 75.
Ability 3: Tide of Eternity
Increased Slow duration from 1.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds.
Kinnara
We will slightly reduce Kinnara’s mobility and her ultimate ability’s damage growth.
Trait: Tune
Reduced displacement distance from 250 to 225.
Ultimate Ability: Flit
Increased the Attack Speed requirements for a mythical bird’s attack from 5% to 10%.
Reduced Attack bonus from 0.1/0.16/0.22 to 0.08/0.13/0.18.
Enma
Adjustments made to MSPD items had a rather large impact on Enma. Therefore, we will slightly reduce her Haste effect and early game damage.
Ability 3: Meditation
Reduced Haste effect from 40/43.75/47.5/51.25/55% to 25/30/35/40/45%.
Ultimate Ability: Crushed Grievances
Reduced base damage from 16/20/24/28 to 10/17/20/23.
Bukkuman
We will suitably reduce Bukkuman’s early game support capabilities and attack frequency.
Ability 3: Shadow Paintings
Increased cooldown from 9/8.75/8.5/8.25/8 seconds to 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.
Reduced base damage from 60/110/160/210/260 to 40/90/140/190/240.
Ultimate Ability: Scroll of Annals
Increased cooldown from 60 seconds to 90/70/65/60 seconds.
Mushishi
We will slightly reduce Mushishi’s laning strength while increasing his late game capabilities.
Ability 2: Returning Butterfly
Increased cooldown from 12/11.25/10.5/9.75/9 seconds to 14/13/12/11/10 seconds.
Adjusted damage from 100/160/220/280/340 (+50% of Ability Power) to 80/140/200/260/320 (+60% of Ability Power).
Ability 3: Butterfly Shelter
Adjusted Shield from 160/200/240/280/320 (+55% of Ability Power) to 120/170/220/270/320 (+65% of Ability Power).
Kyonshi Imoto
We will slightly increase Kyonshi Imoto’s laning strength.
Base Stats:
Increased Base Armor from 59 to 64.
Increased Base Magic Resist from 60 to 65.
Trait: Let’s Play
Increased base damage from 40 to 70.
Ability 2: Sic ’em!
Increased base damage from 100/155/210/265/320 to 130/185/240/295/350.
Currently, the general utility and cost-performance ratio of Moonlight Meditation is relatively high. Therefore, we will suitably adjust cost-performance ratio of Magic Resist items.
Ninth Heaven Wing
Changed fusion recipe to Phoenix Cloak + Silver Bracer.
Reduced Magic Resist from 110 to 85.
Added 10% Cooldown Reduction.
Moonlight Meditation
Reduced HP from 750 to 675.
Reduced Magic Resist from 70 to 65.
Void Triple-Hook Arrow
The mobility provided by Void Triple-Hook Arrow in the early to mid game is relatively high. Therefore, we will adjust the Haste effect to increase based on levels instead.
Adjusted Haste from 25% to 12% (+0.75%*level).
Wish Tag Adjustments
The wish types of Wish Tags have been expanded to include shikigami, skins, and certain items sold in the Shop. The shikigami and skins can be quickly added to the Wish Tag from the Shikigami interface.
Added new Assist Token items. You can assist the Wishes of friends with any amount.
The Wish Fulfilled event is available from July 29th after maintenance to August 11th, 2022! As it coincides with Qixi, during the event, you can enjoy a random 10 to 200 Jade discount when you send complete gifts to friends via Wish Tags! There’s even a chance of obtaining a refund of the full amount of Jade (applies only to items that cost more than 200 Jade)!
Ootengu Royal Skin Optimization
Sunlight Form:
Optimized the performance and layered effect of the mountain elements for Ability 2: Feather Shot and Ability 3: Gale Force Wind.
Suitably adjusted the house details and the arrangement of the golden crow totems for the effect of the Ultimate Ability: Blade Storm.
Optimized the Middle and Bottom effects of return actions.
Adjusted the size of the wheel behind him.
Nightfall Form:
Suitably strengthened the trailing effects at the wings.
Added a trailing particle effect when walking.
Optimized the movement details of the wings.
Optimized the design of the face.
Free Shikigami Lineup Bulletin
Onmyoji Arena will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on July 25th, 2022. The new free shikigami will be Youko, Shouzu, Kyonshi Imoto, Aobozu, Hone Onna, Enenra, Shiro, and Dodomeki.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Ootengu and Hana.
Of these shikigami, Shiro and Dodomeki has a difficulty of Hard. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can’t use him in battle for free.
