September 12th 2019 Update Patch Notes
Let’s check out Onmyoji Arena newest update patch notes on September 6th, 2019. This update sees new Mage shikigami Oitsuki make her official debut on the Heian-kyo battlefield.
FREE SHIKIGAMI LINEUP ADJUSTMENTS
Onmyoji Arena will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00am on September 16th, 2019. The new free shikigami will be Miketsu, Yamausagi, Kuro, Yamawaro, Ootengu, Dodomeki, Ichimokuren, Inugami and Hone Onna.
Of these shikigami, Ichimokuren, Inugami and Hone Onna have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can’t use them in battle.
NEW SHIKIGAMI OITSUKI INVADES HEIAN-KYO!
This week sees Oitsuki make her official debut on the Heian-kyo battlefield. Oitsuki’s Fine Moon’s Glow skin is also available to purchase in the Skin Shop.

SHIKIGAMI ADJUSTMENTS
1. Hakuro
Ability 2: Scatter
Adjusted base damage from 110/165/220/275/330 to 100/150/200/250/300.
2. Kiyohime
Ability 3: Sacrificial Fire
Adjusted MP cost from 20/30/40/50/60 to 20/27/35/42/50.
3. Ebisu
Ability 1: Fivefold Blessing
Added: Grants a 30% Haste effect lasting 3 seconds that gradually weakens over time on cast.
Ability 2: Casting the Hook
Unable to use spells while casting.
The Slow effect during his 2 hauls will be reduced from 50% to 45%.
4. Yamawaro
Trait: Mountain Shelter
When Yamawaro is near walls, his additional Armor and Magic Resist will be increased from 20% to 30%.
Ability 2: Quake
Adjusted cooldown from 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds to 6.5/6/5.5/5/4.5 seconds.
Adjusted damage from 80/115/150/185/220 (+100% extra Attack+8/9/10/11/12% of target’s Max HP) to 90/130/170/210/250 (+75% extra Attack+8% of target’s Max HP (this increases 0.75% for every additional 100 Armor)).
5. Futakuchi
Passive Ability: Scary
Adjusted the decrease of the target’s Armor and Magic Resist from 2.1/2.7/3.3/3.9/4.5% to 2.3/3.1/3.9/4.7/5.5%.
Ultimate Ability: I’m Sorry!
Adjusted base damage from 180/240/300 to 180/250/320.
6. Hana
Trait: Nectar
Adjusted damage from 5 (+5*level+25% Ability Power) to 10(+7*level+27.5% Ability Power).
Ability 1: Loyal Flock
Adjusted base damage from 70/95/120/145/170 (+25% Ability Power) to 80/107.5/135/162.5/190 (+30% Ability Power).
Ultimate Ability: Fragrant Flowers
Adjusted the control duration time while pulling targets from 0.7/0.8/0.9 seconds to 0.7 seconds for all levels.

Event Period: September 12th after maintenance to September 22nd, 2019.

Use Mooncake: Raw to exchange for mooncake gift boxes of various flavors. Exchange 5 gift boxes to receive an avatar frame in the flavor of your choice!
OPTIMIZATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS
As Mid-Autumn Festival is nearing, the Heian-kyo lobby has been decorated with autumn landscape.
Optimized the team forming rules: The tier level of the room owner will no longer be used to determine whether teams can be formed. Instead, it will be determined by the overall tier situation of teams in the room.
Added new exclusive interactive actions and idle voice chat during battle for Shuten Doji’s Great Spirit skin, Demonic·Lord. The price will be increased to 198 Skin Tokens.
