The Arena of Valor March 9 Update sees Kahlii, Ishar, and Thorne have been adjusted.

Dear Challengers, on March 9, updates for Arena of Valor will commence. All servers will not be taken offline while this update is being applied.

Hero Adjustments

Kahlii

Designer’s perspective:

Kahlii’s ultimate is often difficult to handle. As such, we’ve slightly lengthened her ultimate’s cooldown duration.

Details:

Ultimate: Enters cooldown once cast → enters cooldown only after casting is complete

Ishar

Designer’s perspective:

Furball is further enhanced at a later time.

Details:

Furball’s HP affected by AP bonus: 0.96 → 1.36

Furball’s resurrection time: 15s → 10s

Thorne

Designer’s perspective:

The window of time after using all of Thorne’s energy is too long, and that causes his continuous damage output lower than a standard Marksman, so we’ve adjusted that.

Details:

Skill 1 cooldown: At 2/3 bullets, cooldown is 4s/8s upon using up all energy or canceling the bullet → at 2/3 bullets, cooldown is 3s/6s upon using up all energy or canceling the bullet.
