NEWS AND UPDATES
The 10-day sign-in event is about to end. Have any players got the main reward Roxie: Strawberry Roller? You are welcome to share the rewards you got below the post! For the ones that still don’t get the skin, please hurry up and you have around two days left to sign in. On May 17th, we’ll start another round of 10 day’s sign-in event, whose main reward will be Nakroth’s skin. Please stay tuned.
The Ramadan Event in MENA Server and the celebrating month in Russian Server are still ongoing. Players can exchange the final rewards till May 24th.
For the players in South Asia Server, the transfer event from the old Indian Server be ended on May 17th. Please inform your friends who play AoV that don’t forget to transfer their accounts into the new server as soon as possible. We will no longer deal with any transfer application later than May 17th.
BUGS AND SUGGESTIONS
Game Environment’s Optimization
We’re going to make the reporting system more meaningful through the following two methods: one is to punish the players with bad behaviors and the other is to reward the players always with great behaviors. The first one will be achieved by reporting system, and the second by Credibility Score. We plan to give some special rewards to the players ranked 10% in terms of Credibility Score. The reward is more than an exclusive title, which can be showed while the battle starts.
Recently, we’ve also noticed that there are misunderstandings of “You will not lose the start if your teammate quits the game” among some players. Here are some specific conditions for not losing the star:
Teammate “AFK” for more than 5 mins.
The whole game round is over 12 mins. “Keep fighting” is what we appeal for. So while your teammate quits the game, keep fighting and never give up, then you may get the star protection. If you have more suggestions or any questions on this rule, please leave it in the comment area so that we can hear your voice.
Carano Chess’s Issue
We’ve noticed that some players have reported that at the beginning stage of Carano Chess, they can not see the equipment that the opponent’s chess takes. And Liliana will charm others in some occasions. We’ve already fixed the issue. Thanks for your feedback.
Map hacker’s Issue
We’ve been fighting against map hackers for a long time. We are glad to see that after so many bans of hackers and updates of bugs, the rate of hacker using keep reducing. We’ll continuously and firmly keep fighting and hope all the players can fight with us to maintain a good game environment for competition.
Proficiency Event
We’ve noticed that there are some issues in the Heroes Proficiency Event while redeeming rewards. Some players can still not get the rewards of Key after the hero proficiency reaching legendary. Sorry for the issue and please contact our staff with your in-game info. and we’ll recompense the rewards to you.
Star Protection Card’s Issue
We’ve noticed that some players have reported that there are some bugs while using the Star Protection Card and Double Victory Cards. We’ve fixed the issue and it will be updated around late May. Thanks for your feedback.
