April 1st 2022 Update Patch Notes
The Onmyoji Arena April 1st 2022 Update sees Umibozu’s Foolish Cheer series skin, Pufferfish Yakuza, is now available.
Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on April 4th, 2022. The new free shikigami will be Suzuka Gozen, Kubinashi, Yamausagi, Kyonshi Imoto, Kainin, Oitsuki, Onikiri, and Shiro.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Youko and Menreiki.
Of these shikigami, Shiro has a difficulty of Hard. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can’t use him in battle for free.

Event Period: April 1st after maintenance to April 14th, 2022.

Hundred Battle Challenge
Event Period: April 1st after maintenance to April 7th, 2022.
During the event, use Umibozu’s Foolish Cheer series skin, Pufferfish Yakuza, to complete designated quests to claim rewards including Prayer Ema, Return Cursed Seal Lucky Gift Boxes, and Coin Bags.
Heavenly Frog
Event Period: April 1st after maintenance to April 14th, 2022.
Jikikaeru’s Foolish Cheer series skin, Heavenly Frog, will make its return to the Skin Shop for a limited time! It will be available from April 1st after maintenance to April 14th, 2022. Don’t miss out!
Butterfly Flower Rain
Event Period: April 1st – April 10th, 2022.
Participate in the Butterfly Flower Rain limited-time sign-in event to claim the Butterfly Flower Rain Avatar Frame and other rewards. Don’t miss out!
Sakurako Attacks
Event Period: April 1st – April 14th, 2022.
During the event, Sakurako will join the fight as a Demon Parade minion. Kill the Serpent Priestess and complete quests to claim the Sakurako·Orochi Might Avatar Frame and other rewards. Don’t miss out!
Balance Adjustments
Shiro
As Shiro is too weak in the laning phase, it is difficult to use his character in the game. We have suitably increased his damage output and recovery ability.
Natural Passive: Empty Soul
Adjusted damage from (+55% Ability Power) (+16*current level) to 30 (+55% Ability Power) (+16*current level).
Adjusted HP recovery from (+35% Ability Power) (+8*level) to 20 (+35% Ability Power) (+10*level).
Ability 1: Soul-sapping Banner
Adjusted damage from 70/130/190/250/310 (+30% Ability Power) to 100/160/220/280/340 (+35% Ability Power).
Ability 3: Soul Array
Adjusted damage from 60/110/160/210/260 (+40% Ability Power) to 80/130/180/230/280 (+50% Ability Power).
Kamimai
Kamimai’s mid game burst damage is too high. After achieving an economic advantage, she is able to overpower and end the match quickly, making it difficult for the disadvantaged team to counter her. We have thus reduced her damage appropriately. At the same
time, we extended the Slow duration of Kamimai’s Ability 2: Paper Swallow, allowing this ability to be of more use in the late game.
Trait: Falling Paper
Adjusted enhanced basic attack damage from (+30% extra Attack) (+5*level) to (+30% extra Attack) (+4*level).
Adjusted seal burst damage from 15 (+50% extra Attack) (+10*level) to 15 (+50% extra Attack) (+8*level).
Ability 1: Paper Blade
Adjusted base damage from 60/120/180/240/300 to 40/95/150/205/260.
Ability 2: Paper Swallow
Adjusted Slow duration from 2 seconds for all levels to 2/2.15/2.3/2.45/2.6 seconds.
Ability 3: Paper Edge
Adjusted Armor Penetration from 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% to 5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15%.
Optimizations and Adjustments
Optimized the method to obtain collection rewards for Royal and Legendary skins in the Gallery.
Optimized the skip cutscene for some shikigami skins.
Fixed a bug in which a few shikigami were unable to cast abilities when their displacements were banned.
