September 18th 2020 Update Patch Notes
The Onmyoji Arena September 18th 2020 Update sees new shikigami Hako Shoujo arrives and OPL skins Wings of Glory and Brilliant Haze returns.
Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments
Onmyoji Arena will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on September 21. The new free shikigami will be Youko, Kusa, Karasu Tengu, Yamawaro, Oitsuki, Hangan, Satori, and Ittan-momen.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Kani Hime and Onikiri.
Of these shikigami, Satori and Ittan-momen have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can’t use them in battle for free.
New Shikigami Hako Shoujo
“My box is filled with many beautiful treasures.”
Hako Shoujo is a spirit born to treasure and to guard, hence we have designed her abilities around collecting and protecting.
Use Ability 1 to throw a rare pearl that explodes after some time to add a Glittering mark to enemies hit. Ally shikigami can help Hako Shoujo collect these marks when they attack the target with basic attacks, and restore their HP.
In addition, Hako Shoujo will charm her target and cause them to enter the Infatuated state some time after hitting them with her Ability 2: Glittering Shield. She can then use her ultimate ability to collect the enemy into her box. As she admires her collection, maybe she’s admiring you as well.
Trait: Cherish
Passive Effect: When Hako Shoujo and ally shikigami nearby actively use abilities, the caster will gain a shield.
This effect has a separate cooldown for each shikigami.
Ability 1: Glittering Light
Hako Shoujo releases a pearl toward the designated position, which flies to its final destination and explodes after a certain period of time, dealing magic damage to enemies within range and adding a Glittering mark to enemy shikigami hit.
If an ally shikigami hits an enemy with a Glittering mark with a basic attack, they will restore HP. The same Glittering mark can only be triggered by each shikigami once.
Ability 2: Glittering Shield
Hako Shoujo throws a feather in the designated direction, linking herself and the first enemy shikigami hit. When linked, she deals continuous magic damage and inflicts a Slow effect. If the link is maintained for a certain period of time, the target is charmed, upon which they will enter the Infatuated state.
Ability 3: Retrace
Hako Shoujo uses her treasure box to record her own life, gaining a Movement Speed bonus. If she is not sealed for some time, she will restore some of the HP lost during this time.
Ultimate Ability: Treasure Box
Hako Shoujo can collect one ally or one enemy shikigami in the Infatuated state into her box before releasing them in the designated direction after a certain period of time or by casting the ability again. If an enemy shikigami is collected, she deals magic damage to them upon release. If an ally is collected, she grants them a shield upon release.
Hako Shoujo will first be available during this week’s Shikigami Brawl.
Shikigami Adjustments
Tanuki
Currently, Tanuki is frequently at a certain disadvantage when laning, so we have suitably enhanced his Ability 2: Fiery Moonshine.

Adjusted cast range from 450 yards to 480 yards.
Adjusted base damage from 40/70/100/130/160 to 60/95/130/165/200.
Aobozu
Aobozu’s strength has also been affected by the previous fix to the range of fan-shaped casts. As compensation, we have slightly increased the cast range of his Ability 2: Divine Greatness.

Adjusted cast range from 500 yards to 530 yards.
Tesso
We have added a certain amount of Break to Tesso’s Ability 2: Plentiful Fortunes, in hopes that he will be less weak when facing off against established tanks in the late game.

New: Additional 5/10/15/20/25% Break effect to enemies on hit.
Hiyoribou
Currently, in most matches, Hiyoribou has had slightly better performance during the laning phase. Hence, we have reduced her damage dealt during this phase.
Ability 1: Warm Day
Adjusted cooldown from 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds to 10/9.25/8.5/7.75/7 seconds.
Adjusted Warm Day returning base damage from 45/72.5/100/127.5/155 to 30/47.5/75/92.5/110.
Yoto Hime
In the previous changes to abilities triggering attack effects, the healing of Yoto Hime’s Ability 1 had a significant increase. We have suitably reduced this healing and the damage of her ultimate ability.
Ability 1: En Garde!
Adjusted HP restored from (+40% extra Attack) to (+30% extra Attack).
Ultimate Ability: Ominous Blade
Adjusted damage of each slash from 100/220/340 (+50% Attack) to 100/200/300 (+50% Attack).
Mouba
Ability 2: Netherworld Tune
Fixed the incorrect values in the ability description so that it now matches the actual values that take effect.
Added a damage limit to monsters.
Adjusted Ability Power bonus from 12% to 10%.
Ability 3: Godspeed
Adjusted maximum speed from 940 to 800.
Adjusted damage from 120/185/250/315/380 (+45% Ability Power) to 80/145/210/275/340 (+30% Ability Power).
Ultimate Ability: Bowl Barrage
Adjusted Ability Power bonus from 45% to 35%.
You cannot use Ability 3: Godspeed within 5 seconds after the ultimate ability has ended.
Hangan
Ability 2: Bind
Adjusted cooldown from 12/11/10/9/8 seconds to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds.
Ability 3: Death Writ
Adjusted cooldown from 8.5/8/7.5/7/6.5 seconds to 7.5/7/6.5/6/5.5 seconds.
Adjusted MP cost from 60/70/80/90/100 to 60/65/70/75/80.
Kanko
Ability 2: Bamboo Missiles
Adjusted base damage from 10/45/80/115/150 to 20/55/90/125/160.
Ability 3: Pipe Throw
Adjusted bullet speed from 1000 to 1400.
New: Exposes the vision of targets hit.
