Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free shikigami at 5:00 AM on November 23th, 2020. The new free shikigami will be Futakuchi, Momo, Kuro, Yumekui, Aoandon, Kiyohime, Kosodenote, and Kyonshi Ani.
Onmyoji who own the God of Fortune Month Pact will have the additional free shikigami, Suzuka Gozen and Higanbana.
Of these shikigami, Kosodenote and Kyonshi Ani have a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can’t use them in battle for free.
We hope that by reducing the displacement speed and Ability Power bonus of Ability 3: Midnight Flutter and the Spell Vampire ratio of her Trait: Departure from Pain, other shikigami will have more room to counter Shiranui when facing off against her.
Trait: Departure from Pain
Adjusted Spell Vampire ratio from 24% to 18%.
Ability 3: Midnight Flutter
Adjusted flying speed from 2,000 to 1,750.
Adjusted Ability Power bonus from 35% to 30%.
After making adjustments to Kuro Mujou’s panel stats, he was given more error tolerance. Thus, we will be making the appropriate reduction to the damage of Kuro Mujou’s Trait: Soul Slayer at maximum stacks to balance out his overall strength.
Trait: Soul Slayer
Adjusted damage from 5% of Max HP to 4% of Max HP.
Currently, Hako Shoujo has both slightly stronger laning strength in early game and protective capabilities in mid and late game, making her relatively stronger overall compared to other Support shikigami. We will therefore suitably reduce Hako Shoujo’s laning strength.
Adjusted Shield points from 6% of Max HP to 3.3% (+0.15%*current level) of Max HP.
Ability 1: Glittering Light
Adjusted Base Regen from 10/45/80/115/150 to 10/35/60/85/110.
Ability 3: Retrace
Adjusted HP Regen ratio from 40/45/50/55/60% to 25/30/35/40/45%.
Currently, Dai Shimei has slightly stronger regen and damage capabilities in early game, so we will be making some appropriate reductions to Dai Shimei’s Base Regen and Base Damage values to balance out his strength in early game.
Trait: No Mistakes
Adjusted the HP Regen when triggering Falsehood from 30 (+10*current level + 20% Ability Power) to 20 (+8*current level + 20% Ability Power).
Ability 1: Dark Cloud
Adjusted Base Damage from 80/100/120/140/160 to 60/80/100/120/140.
Currently, Aobozu is slightly weaker in top solo, so we will be suitably increasing his damage reduction and damage to improve his combat strength. We will also be improving the different bonus values of both Buddha’s Heart Form and Demonbane Form in hopes of giving both builds more individuality.
Ability 1: Meditation
Base Form and Buddha’s Heart Form: Increased Damage Reduction effect while active from 8/9/10/11/12% to 10/11/12/13/14%.
Demonbane Form: Increased Damage Reduction effect while active from 8% to 10%.
Ability 2: Divine Greatness
Demonbane Form: Adjusted the extra Attack bonus from the damage dealt by waving his staff from 0.6 to 0.7.
Buddha’s Heart Form: Adjusted the Max HP bonus from the damage dealt by waving his staff from 0.04 to 0.055.
Currently, Hiyoribou’s laning strength in early game is quite high, so we will be suitably reducing the flying speed and Base Damage of Hiyoribou’s Ability 1: Warm Day. We have also optimized the issue where Ability 1: Warm Day cannot be cast early while Ability 3: Scorching Sunlight is active.
Ability 1: Warm Day
Adjusted the flying speed during phase 1 of Warm Day from 1,800 to 1,600 and the Base Damage from 45/72.5/100/127.5/155 to 35/62.5/90/117.5/145.
Adjusted the Base Damage of phase 2 of Warm Day from 30/47.5/75/92.5/110 to 25/42.5/70/87.5/105.
Ability 3: Scorching Sunlight
Now able to cast Warm Day early while this is active.
Currently, Kyuumei Neko’s DPS capability is reliant on her gains from her Crit stat, causing a great difference in strength between early game and late game with her being too weak in early game. We hope to make adjustments without changing the core of her gameplay by adjusting the ratio of gains received from her base abilities and Crit items, so that she has a level of strength in early game even without items with the Crit stat.
Trait: Nine Lives (Redesigned)
Passive Effect: Kyuumei Neko’s Crit Rate is increased by 5% each time she levels up, up to a maximum of 50% Crit Rate. However, her crits will deal 165% of damage. (Crits normally deal 200% damage). The additional damage when the Seductress item special effect is triggered will be reduced to the original 40%.
Every time Kyuumei Neko crits, she gains 1 Tail mark, which can be stacked up to 6 times. Each stack increases Movement Speed. In the event that Kyuumei Neko sustains fatal damage, if she has more than 4 stacks of Tail mark, all Tail marks will be consumed and she will resurrect on the same spot after a short delay, with a certain amount of HP. Effect has a cooldown.
Ability 1: Revenge (Redesigned)
Kyuumei Neko’s next basic attack deals additional physical damage and inflicts a Slow effect. Under the Explosive Fur state, the Slow effect will become Immobilize.
Ability 2: Razor Claws
Removed the Slow and Immobilize effects.
Ability 3: Pounce
Optimized the attack back swing when an enemy is hit while moving.
Currently, certain magic-using shikigami receive a greater than usual jungling speed and strength increase upon buying the Imperial Lance, so we suitably reduced the Imperial Lance’s Base Damage and damage coefficient to monsters.
Adjusted damage dealt to monsters from 4x to 3.2x.
Adjusted Base Damage from 120 to 100.
Mahjong Fight Adjustments
Adjusted the rules for player level. The initial level is 1 and the highest is 5.
Adjusted the rules for player limit. It will no longer change according to player level and will now remain at 10.
Adjusted the number of slots in the Tile Box at every level and the draw rate of each quality of tiles.
Adjusted the rules for obtaining Coins. 5 Coins can be obtained in the first turn and +1 Coin for each subsequent turn up to 10 Coins.
Adjusted the Coin cost for buying tiles.
Adjusted the Coins earned when selling tiles.
Added a rule to return Coins. Leftover Coins from each turn will no longer remain. They will be reset to 0 upon the lock-in phase of each turn, and the rewards for win streaks, interest, and obtaining Coins will be removed.
Adjusted the rules for increasing player level.
Adjusted the total HP of players from 100 to 50.
